Recruitment Programs

The MAC offers a number of recruitment programs to give our employees  a kick start to their careers. 
 
Apprenticeships
In the Building Construction industry, The MAC provides apprenticeships for carpenters, electricians and plumbers.
In the Hospitality industry we provide Chef Apprenticeships.

STEP Program
We participate in the Australian Government’s Structured Training & Employment Project which brings together Indigenous Australian job seekers with employers in private industry and also community and government organisations who can provide training and long-term jobs.
