• Training opportunities
• Purchasing of goods and services
• Event support
• Road upgrades etc.

The MAC values the support of the local communities for its operations and returns that support in ways which have a positive impact.

The MAC’s Sponsorship Programme, a key part of its marketing strategy, sets the foundation for the development of mutually-beneficial relationships now and into the future.

Sponsorship requests should aim to:

• Increase awareness about The MAC’s businesses
• Improve The MAC’s positioning in the community by building relationships and creating goodwill
• Be consistent with The MAC’s values and objectives
• Assist the development of strong strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
• Allow for more effective communication with key customer groups
• Provide opportunities that are mutually beneficial to The MAC and the other party.

All parties to any MAC Sponsorship Agreement must:

• Share The MAC’s goals and interest
• Have a reliable record of fulfilling obligations
• Be reputable and financially viable.

The MAC will not sponsor activities deemed to be inappropriate, such as discriminatory, illegal or religious activities.

How to Apply for MAC Sponsorship

To enable all requests for sponsorship to be assessed appropriately, applicants should consider the above criteria and complete the Online Sponsorship Application Form.
