Kevin W. Maloney

Kevin is the founder and Executive Chairman of The MAC. Kevin has had an extensive career in retail banking, finance, and resources. Kevin joined Elders Resources in 1981 after spending 20 years with the ANZ Bank. During his time at Elders Resources Kevin held numerous positions including Chief Executive Officer of Elders Resources Finance Ltd.

Kevin brings with him a wealth of experience in the resources and finance industries and has been heavily involved in all stages of The MAC’s growth, including its move into mining services accommodation in 1996.

Kevin has previously been involved with a number of public companies as an executive and a director.

Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director

Mark K Maloney

B. Business (Hons)

Mark is responsible for the day to day management of The MAC and also sits on its board of directors. He has been a director of the group since its inception and has been heavily involved in its development.

Prior to this position Mark was Chief Executive Officer of Tulla Group, the Maloney family's private holding company. In this position he was responsible for the groups businesses which were involved across a variety of industries including Resources, Transport, Food, Investment and Property. Mark also has 15 years experience in financial markets, having held senior management positions with JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs in both London and Sydney.

Geoffrey F. Lord

B. Economics (Hons), MBA (Dist), ASSA, ASIA

Geoff is a Non-Executive Director of The MAC and is a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.

Over the last 35 years Geoff has held numerous positions as a senior executive and Director of public companies including as Managing Director and Deputy Chairman of Elders Resources, Chairman of Sims Metal and Non-Executive Director of Fosters Group. Geoff’s experience with public markets and his understanding of the resources industry will benefit The MAC.

Geoff is also currently Chairman of UXC Limited, Australian Litigation Fund, Terrain Capital Limited and Melbourne Victory Limited and a Director of MaxiTrans Industries Limited, Triako Resources Limited, Ausmelt Limited, Institute of Drug Technology Limited and Adelhill Limited.

John C. Taylor

LLB

John is a Non-Executive Director of The MAC and is a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.

As a founding partner of Taylors Solicitors, Mackay, a Senior Counsellor of the Queensland Law Society and a member of the North Queensland Law Association, John has a strong legal background and an understanding of the Central Bowen Basin that will assist The MAC.

John does not hold any current public company directorships. However his previous appointments include former Board membership of Tourism Mackay and Mackay Regional Economic Development Bureau; and Non-Executive Directorship of Mackay Port Authority (Chairman).

Darce Corsie

Darce is a Non-Executive Director of The MAC and chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Over the last 35 years Darce has held senior positions in services companies, the infrastructure sector, investment banking and construction. He was previously a Director of Deutsche Bank before joining Transfield Services Limited in 2000 where he played a lead role in the float of the company as CFO. Darce is currently CEO of Infrastructure Investments with Transfield Service Limited. Darce is a Director of a number of private companies associated with investments and joint ventures of Transfield Services Limited.

Terry Strapp

CPA, FFIN, MAICD

Terry is a Non-Executive Director of The MAC and a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee. Terry has extensive experience in mining, finance and corporate risk management, and has been actively involved in these industries in Western Australia for the last 30 years. He is currently Chairman and major shareholder of Oakvale Capital Limited, a leading specialist financial risk management business.

Terry has held numerous positions on private and public company boards, including executive chairman of Zapopan NL, chairman of Camelot Resources NL, a director of Mount Gibson Mining Limited and chairman of Mercator Gold Plc. He is currently a director of Ausdrill Limited and chairman of the Wesley College Endowment Fund.
