ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification

The MAC Services Group Limited has recently received the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification for their Operations Division.

The certification was achieved after a 6-month process of implementing The MAC’s Quality Management System.

The certification covers all areas within The MAC’s Operations from Housekeeping, Kitchen and Utilities to Administration.  All 6 MAC Accommodation Villages have received the ISO 9001 Certification along with the company’s Brisbane office.

Wayne Mills, The MAC’s Quality Assurance Manager was very pleased with the results achieved after the company’s external audit in late May.

“The MAC’s ISO auditor, Jeff Mustard was highly complementary of our people and processes that we should all be very proud of, said Wayne.

“However, we are always striving for continuous improvement and with our Quality Management System this is no exception. We will continue to work diligently to ensure that we are not only meeting but exceeding the expectations of our customers.”
