Development

 
The Development division identifies and investigates all village opportunities to ensure the most appropriate location is selected. Acquiring property and advancing the development process from concept through to completion is a critical part of the development team’s role.

We work closely with our clients through every stage of the development process to ensure the Village is tailored to their specific needs. The division obtains development approval from local and state authorities and controls the financial aspects of projects to deliver maximum returns.

Manufacturing

The MAC’s Manufacturing division builds accommodation cabins and village facilities with quality, strength, comfort, and ease of transportability in mind.

We ensure the latest technologies and materials are used within our designs, focusing on sustainability and durability. Flexibility with styles and finishes allows The MAC to customise buildings to the client’s needs and requirements.

The manufacturing facility has an efficient supply chain that procures raw materials, manufactures buildings and then distributes our products across the nation.

Design & Construction

The Design and Construction division works closely with the Development team and Village management to deliver MAC Villages that reflect high quality, style and livability.

The Design team focuses on developing plans and documents for all Greenfield projects, as well as the redevelopments of existing Villages.

The Construction division builds Villages to the specified design ensuring projects are on time and within budget, placing a great importance on a smooth handover to our Village management with the Village ready for operation.
