Proposed Village Facilities

We are continually striving to improve our Villages and are currently investigating the introduction of the following:

• running track
• tavern/coffee lounge – Coppabella, Moranbah, Dysart (designed and managed with a focus on social interaction & activities, and to minimise problems associated with excess alcohol consumption)
• shopping facilities
• general store/newsagency
• video games in common areas*
• staff village
• car wash bays
• training facilities

Items with an asterisk(*) are designed to be ‘user pay’. Some clients will choose to provide these options as part of a room rate while others will require their employees to pay for these services.

The MAC works with its clients to design and deliver high-quality accommodation and Village facilities. Specifically, in the past few years The MAC has re-written the benchmark and has expanded its accommodation services & facilities to exceed industry requirements in quality, flexibility and operations.
