Service Levels

The MAC has 4 Villages in central Queensland and one Village in WA and has a core competency in food preparation and client service. Menus are coordinated centrally and catering operations are coordinated via our Senior Catering Manager.

This ensures that not only is this service delivered to the highest quality, but if any problems do occur, these can be addressed quickly through deploying additional resources from another location. For example, The MAC has 3 chefs on permanent staff as ‘floaters’ who are rotated from Village to Village to cover any vacancies or leave.
