The MAC’S Design & Development teams work closely with a range of certified engineers to develop buildings that are certified to comply with all regulatory codes and standards.

Development Services

The MAC’s Development team is responsible for creating opportunities in a wide range of locations across Australia by specialising in the development of high-quality accommodation for the mining community. The Development team is responsible for carrying out market research, site investigation, feasibility studies, site selection and development approvals. Our team ensures that co-ordination of consultants is well executed to create high-quality solutions suitable for our clients’ needs.

Concept Development

The Design team develops concepts for all potential projects including initial ideas and requirements, master planning and site planning.

Consultants

With each new project, the Design team develops designs with civil, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and structural engineers. The Design team works directly with these consultants for each project to ensure all buildings are properly designed to comply with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and the relevant Australian standards.

Research & Developments

The Design team is constantly researching new and alternative sustainable building materials to use in our designs.
