The MAC employs 360 staff Australia wide. They seek to attract and retain employees who fit with the organisation’s culture and values of excellence and integrity. The MAC’s team consists of specialists in the broader mining, engineering, building construction and hospitality industries. Offering an integrated solution to clients, services range from assisting with the purchase and development of potential sites to project managing the construction of a Village to the clients’ requirements, through to the day-to-day Village management.

To achieve this seamless service delivery, The MAC team works closely together and welcomes innovative ideas and contributions from all members.
